Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen diced pineapple
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons honey
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pineapple Popsicle Recipe
- If using fresh pineapples: remove the rind and cut into small cubes to measure out and add to your blender.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour or spoon into your popsicle mold of choice.

Tips
- If using frozen pineapple, there’s no need to thaw it! Blend as is until smooth.
- Honey and vanilla are purely for added flavor but are completely optional.
- Blending until smooth ensures nobody ends up with a bite of frozen fruit between their teeth. Ouch!
- Yields 6-10 popsicles depending on the size of your mold.
- If needed, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a moment to help release the popsicles.
- Store individually wrapped up tight in a freezer-safe bag. Be sure to label it with the recipe name and date until ready to enjoy.
