Instructions
Take your pumpkin seeds and get as much of the “guts” off of them as possible.
Put all of your seeds in a collider and rinse them off thoroughly.
Place down your towels or paper towels and lay the seeds out across them.
Allow the seeds to air dry out overnight.
Preheat your oven to 250°
Put your pumpkin seeds in a large mixing bowl. Lightly drizzle olive oil across them and salt to taste. Toss them around a bit to evenly coat.
Pour the seeds out on your greased baking sheet in one even layer.
Bake for 1 hour, tossing every 20 minutes.
Serve once cool!
